Alexandra joined Cleaning Business Mentor Academy to help define and build her business to achieve his goals and better serve his clients!

I sat down with Alexandra to better understand her experience as a Cleaning Business Mentor Academy Student.

How long have you been in the cleaning industry?

A few months

What challenges  were you facing before starting the one-on-one mentorship?

I was completely lost and did not understand how to set up my business. I thought I would never be able to start it. I lacked the structure, organization, goal setting, vision and confidence. And Carolyn has helped me how to work on the skills that are needed to succeed in this business industry and are absolutely crucial: Time Management, Discipline & Preparation.

What made you decide to invest in One On One Mentorship with Carolyn Arellano?

I really liked her youtube channel and her mentorship platform which is very well put together. She has been offering a start-up step-by-step course on all the paperwork, marketing material, business tools that are need, for free. Moreover I like her personality, she is very professional, experienced and empathetic. She made me believe that I could do it and here I am.

What aspects of the mentorship did you find most helpful or impactful?

The encouragement I received.

What changes or improvements have you seen in your cleaning business since starting the mentorship?

360• change. I set up my business with her step by step advice.

How has the mentorship helped you with business systems, processes, and scaling your business?

Almost all my knowledge regarding my cleaning business (standard operating procedures, quality control, apps needed, customer service, email campaign and so much more) all comes from Carolyn.

She has recommended great apps and has created my website integrating the Zenmaid Booking Platform. I also learned a lot from the Event she organized in Dallas, Texas: Mujeres Empresarias en la Limpieza.

Would you recommend Carolyn’s one-on-one mentorship to other cleaning business owners or aspiring entrepreneurs? Why?

Absolutely. She is very professional, experienced, competent, knowledgeable and very good listener. She is also solution oriented.

What advice would you give to someone considering investing in one-on-one mentorship?

Just do it! Do not believe that you have to do it all alone or that mentorship is a waste of time. For me, it is a luxury absolutely needed. One can hit rock bottom or be completely overwhelmed and lost, especially in the ver first business stage.

Do you have any additional thoughts or feedback about your mentorship experience?

I love Carolyn and her platform. The only suggestion I would make is: please upload your content videos more frequently! We need more!i have been taking so many notes!
